Elite Nurse Staffing, Inc. is a Certified Woman Owned Business.  The CEO/Owner is a licensed RN who understands the needs of facilities as well as the urgency of those needs and is dedicated to filling those needs with only the highest quality professionals.

Elite Nurse Staffing Inc. has received recognition by Inc.com in 2005 in there “Fast 50” Top Small Business list.  We have also been awarded the honor of Top Woman Owned Business.  Small Business and Diversity Owned Business by Diversity Business for 2005 and 2006.

 

 

 

 

Elite Nurse Staffing, Inc.

Elite was formed to provide high quality healthcare staff at an affordable rate and to provide a company that health care providers are appreciated with great salaries, benefits, self scheduling, referral bonuses, “just because you are great” bonuses.  Elite does whatever is possible to assist her staff so they can provide patient care.  Elite staff has on more than one occasion, picked up children of our staff at school so their parent can work a much needed shift.  Staff retention is very high with Elite.

Elite actively recruits and provides only the highest quality healthcare staff.  Elite is dedicated to being flexible in meeting the needs of each facility.  We have provided staff on week to week, monthly, 13 week and 6 month traveling contracts and any other staffing needs required by our facilities.

Elite Nurse Staffing, Inc. is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all we service, facilities, patents and employees.  We feel that Elite continues to grow and prosper due to providing excellent customer service.  Elite is a young, strong company that is dedicated to meeting the needs of all we serve in this ever changing industry.

Elite offers additional services that include early payment discounts, tier pricing and a program to which we act as a management company to Premier members at no extra expense.  We will manage all staffing.  Nurses are welcome to staff through other agencies if they wish, and we manage all paperwork and scheduling.  We have found that working through one agency helps tremendously when working with regulatory agencies as well as day to day staffing.
